These Terms apply to your use of the Vivelo360 website. Vivelo360 is based in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada, and provides practical AI training, coaching, consulting, and automation services. By using this site, you agree to these Terms.

Website information and services

Website content is provided for general information. Descriptions of services do not create a service engagement or guarantee a particular result. Any paid engagement, deliverables, schedule, fees, or cancellation terms will be set out separately in a written proposal or agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, it controls for that engagement.

AI and professional advice

AI systems can produce incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated results. Training and consulting are educational and operational support, not legal, financial, medical, or other regulated professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing AI outputs and decisions before relying on them.

Acceptable use

You may use this site only for lawful purposes. Do not interfere with the site’s operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, or use the site to violate another person’s rights or applicable law.

Intellectual property

Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, the site and its original text, design, and materials are owned by or licensed to Vivelo360. You may view and share links to the site for personal or internal business reference, but may not reproduce or commercially distribute site materials without prior written permission. Ownership and permitted use of materials created for a client are governed by the applicable written agreement.

Third-party services and availability

This site links to services such as Calendly and uses Formspree to deliver contact submissions. Those services are operated by third parties under their own terms. Vivelo360 does not control their services or policies. We work to keep this site available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every page will always be error-free.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Vivelo360 is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada. Courts located in Ontario will have jurisdiction, subject to any rights that cannot lawfully be restricted.
