Vivelo360 (“we,” “us,” or “our”), based in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada, provides practical AI training, coaching, consulting, and automation services. This policy explains how information may be handled when you visit this website or contact us through it.

Information you provide

If you use the contact form, we receive the information you choose to submit, including your name, email address, agency or brand, and message. Please do not send sensitive personal, financial, health, or confidential information through the form.

Service providers and external links

• Formspree: The contact form sends submissions to Formspree so they can be delivered to us. Formspree may process or retain submissions under its own terms, privacy practices, and configuration.
• Calendly: The booking link takes you to Calendly. If you schedule a meeting, information you enter there is handled by Calendly under its own terms and privacy practices.
• Google Fonts: This site loads fonts from Google. Your browser may send technical request information, such as your IP address and browser details, to Google when it retrieves those font files.
• Hosting and security: Website providers may process technical request information to deliver and protect the site.

These providers may process information outside Ontario or Canada. Their retention periods and other practices are governed by their own terms and settings; we have not verified each provider’s current retention configuration.

How we use information and how long we keep it

We use contact details to respond to your inquiry, arrange a meeting, and manage a related business relationship. We aim to keep inquiry information only for as long as reasonably needed for those purposes or to meet legal obligations. We do not currently have a verified fixed retention schedule for the third-party providers listed above.

Cookies, local storage, and analytics

The language switch on pages that offer it stores your language preference in your browser’s local storage. As of the date above, the website code does not include a dedicated analytics or advertising-tracking tool. External services you choose to use may apply their own cookies or tracking technologies under their policies.

Your choices and privacy requests

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete information you submitted, subject to applicable law and any legal recordkeeping requirements. Contact us at contact@vivelo360.com. A request may not remove copies held independently by a third-party provider; you may need to contact that provider directly.

Safeguards and changes

We take reasonable steps to protect information we handle, but no method of internet transmission or electronic storage can be guaranteed secure. We may update this policy by posting a revised version here and changing the date above.
